Privacy, in plain English.

Your reservation gives us a way to contact you about the product you chose. We collect a few business details to understand who wants access and plan our rollout.

What you share

The direct reservation form collects your business type, country, Canadian province or territory when applicable, email and consent. It asks for no quiz or financial answers. The quiz collects your business type, business stage, main goal, and business country. The final reservation step asks for your email and consent to receive access emails. Your answers stay in this page until you submit the reservation; we do not save incomplete quizzes. If you select Canada, it also asks for your province or territory to determine rollout eligibility. You can choose a currency and share an estimate of monthly revenue. The Ads form also lets you share a daily ad budget. Revenue and ad budget are optional. Older forms may also have collected a website and a short description of your niche. We store monetary amounts in your selected currency without converting them. Older reservations retain the USD ranges shown at signup. We store your selected product, signup time, the price shown, and your agreement to receive reservation and access emails.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a campaign link, we save its campaign labels with your signup so we can compare interest in the two products. We use Meta Pixel on the Ads and Finance landing, quiz and reservation pages after you choose “Accept.” It measures page visits and saved reservations so we can assess our ads. Meta receives browser and device information, IP address, page URL, cookie identifiers, and an opaque reservation event ID. We do not send your quiz or form answers, email address, business location, revenue, ad budget, bank information, or demo inputs as event parameters. Automatic event detection, automatic advanced matching, and detailed page-data collection are off. We use no session replay. We keep the signup records in our database as the count of unique reservations; Meta reports can differ due to consent choices, browser blocking, and attribution. The interactive demos use illustrative data and have no bank or Meta connection.

Information storage

Your signup is stored in a private PostgreSQL database in our Railway project. Railway hosts the website and database and may process request metadata such as IP addresses and timestamps. We use a temporary hashed network address in memory to limit repeated submissions; it expires after 15 minutes and has no place in the stored signup record.

Who handles your information

Yukon Labs Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, is responsible for the waitlist information described here. Contact support@yukonlabs.co or write to 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. We serve businesses across borders; our hosting and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Our use of your information

We use your information to manage the waitlist, understand business needs, decide which customer groups to support, and contact you about your selected product. Signup information is excluded from sale. The signup form has no Instantly connection. Before adding another provider to process these signups, we’ll update this notice.

Consent and your rights

We rely on your consent to send reservation and product-access emails and to enable optional visit and ad measurement. You can withdraw either choice at any time. We use the business details you provide to manage your requested reservation and plan eligibility, and limited request metadata to protect the site from abuse. Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to processing, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not make decisions with legal or comparable effects about you through the waitlist. No bank account is connected when you reserve a spot.

Measurement choices

Choose “Reject” to keep optional visit measurement, Meta Pixel and its cookies off. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your choice. Global Privacy Control signals keep optional measurement off. We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. If you allow measurement, Meta may set _fbp and _fbc cookies, which can last up to 90 days, and may use received information for ad measurement and personalization under its Privacy Policy. Turning measurement off stops future events and removes our first-party Meta cookies; it does not erase events Meta has received. If you allow measurement, we also record which product and entry path you visit, quiz step completions, result views, resource clicks and saved reservations. These optional records use random identifiers and approved campaign labels. An opaque reservation identifier lets us avoid duplicate counts and compare eligible reservations with visits. They contain no quiz answers, email addresses, financial inputs, full URLs or IP addresses and are deleted after 90 days. A random identifier stays in this tab until you close it. Turning measurement off clears that identifier and stops future measurement. Your reservation and access emails do not depend on allowing measurement. We retain up to 100 opaque event identifiers in this browser to avoid counting repeat submissions from it.

Your choices

You can withdraw your reservation, opt out of access emails, request a copy of your details, or ask us to delete them by emailing support@yukonlabs.co. We retain signup details while managing the waitlist; if we stop pursuing a product, we’ll remove its waitlist within 90 days. After a deletion request, a minimal suppression record may be retained to honor your opt-out, and backups may retain deleted data until they expire.

Questions or correspondence

If you email us, we use your address and message to respond. Keep bank credentials, tax identifiers, and payment-card details out of email. Contact support@yukonlabs.co with privacy questions.
